Bouddha is the first monument that has been renovated after it was damaged by 2015 Earthquake. This monument is listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO.
There are still many world heritage sites and monuments to be reconstructed and renovated in Nepal which were affected by the earthquake. Due to various reasons the concerned bodies have not yet started the work.
Bouddha is an example for everyone, how dedication without any interference from any sector, it is possible to reconstruct on time. With the help from locals and devotee’s it was possible to reconstruct this monument in 15 / 16 months time.
