After a long time, I got an opportunity to watch Nepal’s National Team football. This time in my opinion Nepal faced a strong team. It is a team who played 2010 FIFA world cup in South Africa and they recently got back from Asia Cup 2010.
I thought Nepal will try their best effort to not to concede many goals as they have been doing it in past with strong teams of Asia. This time my thoughts went all wrong. They showed the Nepali fans that they are capable of playing a good game.
Before the half, Nepal team was not performing well, but the second half was much more entertaining and Nepali team got control of ball more than the first half. The world know that no one knows about the DPR Koreans football
team so may be our English Coach Mr. Graham Roberts must have waited whole first half to see how Koreans play so that he can design his second half tactics for Nepali team and it worked as they were able to attack the Koreans. The hero of the day was Nepali goalkeeper Mr. Kiran Chemjong who saved many goals.
I think now Nepal needs a world class coach like Graham Roberts for at least 5 years to improve Nepali football and reach the Asian Standard. ANFA should not hire coach for short term because there is very little time for coach to study about Nepali Football.
Can’t wait to enter the Dashrath Stadium for last match between Nepal and Sri Lanka, Guys be there to support out team and boost our players.
Time for National Anthem
ANFA for security reason it is good, but bal lpens and coins too is too much
Korea Korea Korea
We all love Nepali football
Goal Nepal guys doing a great job try to give Big nepali Flag to groups next time
Goal Goal Goal Koreans score
Yo Man ta MERO NEPALI HOOOOOO
Hero of the day Kiran
Bad Man gets Red card
First was my mistake, not this time guys
Finally Jumanu Rai getting into Action but could not score
Final Score Nepal 0 – DPR Korea 1
Graham Roberts, can You Extend you stay in Nepal for few years to make Nepali Team at least Asian Standard

Great pics. Heard from a sports reporter that reason behind banning coins into the stadium is ANFA was fined something like 18 thousand USD sometime back because some spectators threw coins into the filed- apparently targeting opponents of the Nepali team.

First of all thank you for all the supporters, players and the head coach ( Graham Roberst). Nepal must be proud to have a coach like Mr Roberts and the boys deserve a coach like him, if they are to do anything in the Asian Level. I am sure ANFA will find a good coach like Roberts and keep improving Nepalese Soccer as they are doing in the past. Thank you Graham Roberts and the players for winning our heart in the short time. Hopefully ANFA will fulfill Robert’s mission and we will have him as a successfull coach.
