We are all familiar with the human emotions of love, hatred, jealousy, anxiety and so on. Of these anger is a common and powerful emotional experience which everyone feels from time to time. Before we see how to overcome our anger let us see what makes us angry. Generally our minds are dominated by a selfish ego and the need to have everything going our own way. When we feel that our selfish wishes are being frustrated and we are not getting our own way, we may respond by becoming angry. For example, we see many outbursts of rage for various reasons. In our homes husbands and wives express anger towards each other for seemingly minor reasons, such as when they have differences of opinion and ideas. Brothers and sisters may even argue due to disturbing noises of radio or television. The news on television and in the newspapers tells us how labourers cried angrily over their rights. Almost all top political parties of Nepal have their youth wings. Nepali Congress have Tarun Dal, Maoist have YCL and UML have Youth Force. Why these youth wings are there, for political fight? To make strikes? Can’t they be use for some good reasons too?

At early days YCL was used for some community work and they were praised by the people, but later they were extremely used for political fights and strike for which they were even called YOUNG CRIMIAL LEAGUE.

Since few days we have been hearing that some remote district of Nepal like Jajarkot and other neighboring districts of Rukum, Dang, Rolpa and Salyan have been caused by diarrhea epidemic. There are no doctors and medicine. What a shame for us at this era also people are losing life for disease like diarrhea.

Sex is no more a taboo subject in our society now. Especially the youngsters have been open towards it. Not just sex, but the way to express their love. We can see them showing it openly.

Few weeks ago there was news from City of Dharan that 7 couples were arrested by the police and they were suggested not to show their love openly in public. Most of these couples are doing their +2.

We can see many couples at Basantpur area sitting around the temples hugging and kissing. The local club started saying it indecent and threaten them saying they will capture those moments of couple and publish in news papers and noticed them not to perform indecent acts.

Kangra Fort

How would you feel when you reach the place you wished or dreamed of without knowing? Same thing happen to me in this incident. My friend from Mangolia Mrs. Khaleuna wanted to go to Dharmasala to meet Dalai Lama and listen to his preaching; here the exile government of Tibet also does their government work. She requested me and my other Nepali friend Ms. Neesha Tandukar.

It was a day of Holi Festival, when we reach Dharmasala and due to that I missed my Delhi Holi, but I was more excited to see Dharmasala, the exile government and Dalai Lama. I was unfortunate that the exile government security persons did not allow me to take my camera inside the monastery where Dalai Lama was preaching. I had to satisfy with Dalai Lama’s preach and to see him live in front of me.
